Dear Jim,
My hunting bow creaks when I pull it back almost to full draw. Sometimes it only happens on the first time I pull it back but its not good for hunting. Any suggestions on my problem?
First check your limbs for cracks or splinters as it could be a bad limb. Most of the time a bow lube will do the job. This process requires taking the bow apart and applying lithium grease in the limb pockets and an axle lube. This should solve “the creaky bow”.
